fantastic!

warm welcome buffet breakfast

I was greeted with such a warm welcome (it really set the tone for my whole stay). the staff were genuinely pleasant, always ready with a smile. the breakfast included both buffet and a la carte options. It was a real treat.

the lobby had a noticeable smell, like old cigarettes or stale carpet. i think fresher air or different carpets could fix it.

The staff gave recommendations to explore. I found these very helpful. the breakfast buffet was substantial. the room i had included large windows. This allowed lots of light.

the carpet in my room felt old and did not smell especially fresh.

I found the service very helpful. The staff assisted me with my luggage promptly. the hotel had a nespresso machine in my room, and i had daily coffee.

the street-facing room allowed tram noise, and furniture seemed to shake slightly.

I found the air conditioning quite noisy. It made sleep difficult. the furnishings seemed dated. it's right beside the tram line. Trams passed late at night and early in the morning. breakfast was not great. I found the service unfriendly.

ample space spacious room convenient location

the building boasts ample hallway space, high ceilings, and wide doors. our room was quite spacious and it included all necessary amenities. the staff provided friendly, helpful service. i found the hotel's location very convenient because it is near parks and restaurants.

i noticed a slight musty smell in some areas of the building, which could use some attention.

non-functional air conditioning heated bathroom floors

The breakfast had good variety.

The air conditioning was not working. The heated bathroom floors were ALSO on. I told the staff, but they did not help.
