I found the air conditioning quite noisy. It made sleep difficult. the furnishings seemed dated. it's right beside the tram line. Trams passed late at night and early in the morning. breakfast was not great. I found the service unfriendly.

the building boasts ample hallway space, high ceilings, and wide doors. our room was quite spacious and it included all necessary amenities. the staff provided friendly, helpful service. i found the hotel's location very convenient because it is near parks and restaurants.

i noticed a slight musty smell in some areas of the building, which could use some attention.
